Which themes are compatible?

Hyper Search is tested with BigCommerce Cornerstone. Other Stencil themes may need small template adjustments. Follow Add Hyper Search to your site, then contact support if the search input or results do not appear correctly.

Why does the app not load in BigCommerce admin?

BigCommerce does not currently support accessing apps when using the Safari browser, or when using Private Browsing in other browsers.

Instead, our app will detect these scenarios and provide you with the option of opening the app in a new tab outside of the BigCommerce admin.
